2. General Guidelines :

First year Engineering admissions are carried out as per the directions of Admission Regulating Authority and State CET Cell.

Eligibility for First Year Engineering Admissions.

  • For open Category –
  • More than 45 % in Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Vocational, Maths (PVM) in HSC
  • Valid score in entrance exam MHT CET or JEE
  • For Reserve Category –
  • More than 40 % in Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Vocational, Maths (PVM) in HSC
  • Valid score in entrance exam MHT CET or JEE


Essential steps for Admission in First Year Engineering

Online registration on official website of State CET Cell as per the given schedule to obtaine Login Id and Password.
Uploading of all essential documents
Payment of applicable Fees
Physical document verification at Scrutiny Centre(SC) / E-Scrutiny Centre (e-SC).
Checking the merit number in published merit list
Clearing of Grievances at SC / e-SC if any.
Checking final merit list
Option form filling
Checking the allotment
Reporting to Admission Reporting Centre(ARC) to pay the seat acceptance fees and confirm the admission or to proceed for further rounds.
Reporting to the finally allotted Institutes, submission of the original documents and fees and complete the admission formalities.



3. Fee Refund Policy :

Fees Refund Policy is in accordance with
1. UGC Fees Refund Policy 2024-25 (D.O. No. F.2-71/2022(CPP-II) (C-114546) dated 12 June 2024)
